Yes, There is a law called AlKhilwa Al Muharama Clause, which states that if two people who are not married or unrelated live together and got caught you would likely get a penalty for this under Article 356 of the UAE penal code. It states that anyone involving in pre-marital sex will get a one year jail term and would be deported from the country after serving the punishment if the person involve is not a citizen of that country.

Dubai is a Muslim country with strong laws. It’s illegal for two people to live unmarried under the same room, even if people do so.
